Began to layout the carb air intake / filter assembly. Fitted the mounting flange to the carb, cut / shaped the flange as required for the Carb drain plug. Fabricated a spacer flange to clear the carb flange lip in the back of the carb. Lined the intake to the center line of the aircraft and drilled the flange. Fabricated the retaining clips that hold the air filter in place. Check fit and sealing. Completd the final fit and drilled for rivets. Will complete final assembly when matching with cowling.
