Started the day by getting the engine prepped for installation. secured the engine probe wiring. Removed some of the forward baffling. Moved the engine from its storage area to the shop. Installed the top lord mounts. positioned the plane further back in the shop to make room for the hoist. swept and cleaned the floor. Reserved the engine hoist for Saturday Aug. 4th, but I have it all weekend, if I run into problems.
