Measured and drilled the C-677 rear pin mount on the right side, along with the C-665 mount block. Measured the angles to drill the 1/4" hole in the C-665 block for the canopy rear pin. Drilled mounting hole in the C-665... Stepped it up via a pilot hole and then up the 1/4" and then used a countsink to open the lead in for the canopy pin.
Countersunk the C-677 for the AN509 screws. Drilled the longeron for the AN3-5A mounting bolts.
Operation of the canopy is a bit stiff when releasing to the aft position as expected at this point, but the operation is smooth and when locked in the forward position everything is snug and measurments are even and consistent.
