OK... I wrestled with the longerons for 3 hours last night. Tweek here, a tweek there... But I think I have them reall close. I seem to be a bit aggressive on my bends at first, I would suggest to anyone reading this to take your time on these and make very small bends in about 1 or 2 inch increments. I had to good back and reduce the bends in a few spots to get these right on.
I also fitted and drilled the canopy support rails... I still to modify these as per the plans for the sliding canopy.
I also managed to get the downward bend and twist completed. I will go back and double check everything again to make sure all is well.
