I began to work on the F-706 bulkhead. Sorted and fitted the parts. Fabricated the F-729C angle. When it came to the F-729B angle, calling for .063 3/4 x 3/4... the angle is over 25 inches. I looked around the part bins, and all I could find that would fit the plans was... I found two .063 3/4 x 3/4 angle stock, but each piece was 12 feet long. Before I cut anything I need to make sure this is the correct stock to use. I looked over the plans and did not see where this stock in used for any longerons. I emailed Van's referencing the plans and parts just to make sure I am not missing anything. I do not want to cut these pieces until I hear from them... I am sure it would cost a ton to ship these pieces if I make a mistake.
