Brief Description: Sealed / Installed Rib #4

I began by cleaning all mating surfaces with MEK... Mixed up 2 oz of ProSeal, Positioned #4 rib in place. I cleco'ed every rivet hole, and created fillets on all sides of the rib. I will let this set for 24 hours and begin the riveting process.
