I had my help for a few minutes to start dimpling the right tank skin, before both girls had to go to Volleyball practice. I really did not want to wrestle with the skin alone, so I move to the left wing.
I fabricated the left wing "Z" Brackets by fitting the skin to the wing and drilling both the outboard and inboard brackets to the rear baffle. The fit of the tank skin and leading edge skin is perfect. I then removed the skin and baffle. Fab the remaining "Z" brackets and bolted them to the wing. Installed the now nicely fitting baffle to the bracket #1 and #7 and drilled the remaining "Z" brackets using the rear baffle as a guide. Really worked nice.
