Decided to cut the access hole in the left inboard rib, since i had the fly cutter all set up. Fitted the Stiffener ring T-407 and T-411 access plate. Drilled all the platenut holes.
Began filling the left wing skin and rear baffle. I decide to modifly the procedures on fitting the rear baffle. I don't like the idea of enlongating any holes in the rear baffle. I began Fitting the left wing tank skin to the spar.
The process I plan to use will eliminate the need to do that...
