Brief Description:  Sealed / Installed Rear Baffle

Hit the shop early this morning... I am so glad it is air conditioned.
The heat is starting to stream in at this time in Florida, along with the humidity.

I began by inspecting and double checking the layout of the Z brackets and rear baffle.
Made sure my the trap door was installed, used to limit the flow of fuel from the fuel pick up cell during aerobatic manuavers.

Mixed up 3 oz of sealer and began the installation of the rear baffle.
Everything fit nicely and using the technique discribed on the EAA website to pull the rivets worked great... really good information.

bucked the rivets at the end seam by hand... Seems easier to me, than trying to get the squeezer positioned properly.

I then began squeezing (neumatic) the rivets along to top and bottom skin, sealling each as I went.
It looks good, and I am happy with the results... NO LEAKS PLEASE!!!
