Cleaned the inside of the rudder skins with Dawn soap and scotchbrite pad. Applied 2 light coats of SEM Self-etching primer. 1 hour dry time as required. Applied 2 light wet coats of PPG epoxy primer.
All turned out well and should maximize corrosion protection.
