I have not received my shipment for the left flap bottom skin yet. I continued to prep the left flap conponents, deburring, priming etc. Hope to have bottom skin this week.
I included a couple of photos showing my alignment tool. It is actually a piece of steel modular shelving, the part you mount to the wall. It is the straightest piece of scrap I could find... it is nice and true. Just drill holes that line up with the tooling holes and the chord of the wing. Really looks good... double checked with a straight edge on the bottom of the wing. I can see getting it any truer...
