Center the VA-112 drain flange on the prepunched hole and drill it to the tank skin. Machine countersink the holes for the attach rivets. Dimple the skins and ribs.
Began by fitting the fuel drain flange. Deburred / Dimpled the right wing ribs. Removed plastic covering for rivet holes. Began deburring the fuel tank skin holes.
