I started by making a 1" scotchbrite wheel to mount on my die grinder. Proceeded to debur all the lightning holes in the ribs... process was fairly easy with die grinder setup. Flutted about 10 of the ribs and straighrened the flanges to 90 dergrees. The ribs are nice and straight.
