Began the fitting of the Right main wheel pant. Drilled required mounting holes in the fiberglass pant. Mated the front and back pant components, and completed the positioning. Installed the nutplates for the two halves. Initial fitting went well. I have some final trimming for clearance requirements. Should be ready for taxi / flight tests this weekend.
Can you believe I am having trouble finding time to fly? Not in my wildest dreams!! Almost 5 years of building, I would be strapped for time to fly. For example, my daugher has Volleyball tournements for the next 2 weekends... These are ALL day, ALL weekend convention center events. 8am to 8pm kind of stuff.
