Fabricated the test light per ACK Installation Manual. Radio Shack - 330ohm resistor, 3v LED light. Armed the ELT, applied aircraft power to all systems. Configured Serial Port 4 on the Skyview as follows. RX - NONE TX - NMEA Basic Baud Rate 9600
Test light verified that GPS position data was being sent to ELT, 1 flash per second.
