Hanger work this morning... Framed the floor 18'x8' is what I finally decide as the final size for the room. Gives me plenty of room to relax, easy to cool / heat, private 4x8' room porta pod for the girls. The size allows a parking space for the golf cart to the right / back of hanger.
Lessons learned:
The metal studs will not support a floor... When I tried to secure 1/2" plywood it was flimzy... I will have to take it apart and use it for the walls. no biggy. The alternate plan will be to build using 2x6 wood for the floor, covered in 1/2" ply. elevated to allow access under neath.
