Brief Description:  Nav / Landing Lights Harness

My light solution is all AeroLED's. SunTail, NS90 Nav/Strobes, and (2) SunRay Plus Lnd Lgts.
Fabricated (2) Nav/Strobes and Landing Light Harnesses.
Started with Shielded (3) 20ga conductor wire for the Nav/Strobes.
Ran (2) 20ga Power/Ground wires for the landing lights.
Soldered a pigtail to the shielding, and terminated all the wires in a 6 pin female SureLock connector. Fed to harness through the wings, and repeated the soldeing of the shielding, terminated with a male SureLock connector.

Note:

During my testing I noticed that the strobes would activate the auto squelch on the GTR225.
It is very "Important" that you use the shielding as your return ground to reduce this RI.
The VP-X pro installation manual has a 1 page explanation in the very back of the manual, published by AeroLED. Also make sure the AeroLED light case is grounded or RI can be present. This is much moe pronounced in a "All" metal aircraft I imagine.
