Fitted the avionics trays to the instrument panel and intermediate bulkhead... Of course the cut outs were slightly small and nothing would fit. I removed all the switches and the skyview system from the aircraft... It only took 5 minutes to remove the skyview screen, and another 5 min for switches. I then bagged and tagged everything, and enlarged the cut outs as required. about 2mm's Vacuumed everything up... and re-installed the switches and skyview panel. Really nice to know how easy it is to remove the skyview for maintenance, and look at the access you have to the back of the panel...
