Brief Description: Dynon Tech Support - SV-D1000 DOA

I called Dynon right at 7:00am, I was forwarded to voicemail, left messge in reference to my email and phone number. Continued to call tech support every 15 minutes or so... after about 45 minutes of calling I was able to talk to someone. Although it says tech support is available at 7:00am doesn't seem anyone was there until 8:00am. HOLIDAY Season, No Porblem understandable. Anyway he understood my concern, but was not authorized to ship me another unit, and ask that I ship it to Dynon. I explained the amount of money I have spent, and my reluctance to spend more on a DOA. He is taking my case to upper management. I was told to expect a return call on the issue in an hour or so. To me this is a "No Brainer" Ship the customer another unit overnight.

Dynon Tech. Support (Mike) just called and Dynon agrees with me about the "No Brainer" I have a RMA "Paid" to return the DOA unit, and a tracking number for 2 day shipment of a new unit. That is exactly what I was hoping for (expected)... Hats off to Dynon!!

Took Delivery of the replacement unit... and it works great!
