This entry in combining a couple of days of work. Final fitting of the firewall recess, drilled, deburred, and dimpled. Installed nutplates on the engine side in order to fit the interior heater box. Removed the center floor cover from the interior heater box. I plan to install an in-line AN type fuel filter before the boost pump. I also plan to build a center console, with some cup holders. It will butt up to the heater box, secured via screws, I installed a couple extra nutplates. It will be the same height as the fuel selector housing.
Looks like I am ready to seal and rivet the firewall recess... just wanted look everything over again.
