I began by installing the bottom forward skin... cleco'd... As was checking the rivet clearances with the bolts for F-717L/R I notices there not enought room to bet the bucking bar in position.
With that said... I have to remove the bolts, do the riveting first then re-install the bolts. I called it a night, never good work with a frustrated mind.
