I began the disassembly and deburring process. To help break it up into managable parts, I removed the 4 seat ribs associated with the crotch seatbelts, drilled the mounting holes for the 5A mounting bolts, deburred and installed the mounting brackets using the supplied hardware. Will continue to disassembly and hopefully will be ready to rivet by the weekend. I am on vacation all next week, so I hope to get some additional work done.
