Fabricated the right aileron control stop. Consulted with the Van's guys... Leveled the aileron hinge. Zero'd out the level and adjusted the stop to the maximum 32 degrees up travel. They mentioned that adjusting the control stick travel to about 30 degrees max is considered ok. Maximum travel clearance from aileron to wing is 1/8th inch... looks good and consistent. I also drilled the offset hole for the flap hinge pin.
