Not much to report today. Epoxy Primed the flap gap seals. I am Epoxy Priming / Sealing any parts that will be directly exposed to the outside elements. I also Epoxy Prime / Seal any major internal structure, such as stringers / ribs etc. I am Etch priming internal skins etc.
Takes a lot of time and effort... I hope it is worth it. Adds about 20% more time to the project. Since I live in Florida (Central) about 60 miles from either coast it probably will not make a huge difference. Either way I am sure the airplane will out live me...
