This time I have the hinge rivets in the correct orientation... When I first read the plans I took them as saying flush head on outboard side of hinge assembly. Reading it 15 times enlightened me to actually get the correct meaning... flush head on the out board of individual part 413...
I reviewed a couple of other builders site, and was not the only one to make this mistake.
no problem... I do not have any clearance issues on the left hinges, and all has been corrected.
