Brief Description:  Deburring Bottom Skins

I began by removing the plastic protection film from the skins.
I used a 1" dowel and it just peeled right off... works great!!
A lot easier and less chance of error, than pulling and tugging.

I then began the deburring process, using my adjustable trigger battery drill and a 3/8 drill bit.
I knocked the edge off the drill bit just enough so it would not cut deep.
I then adjusted my drill trigger to run slowly, just 75 rpm or so.
A 1 second squeeze on the trigger spins the drill bit about 1 to 2 times and knocks the burr off the hole perfectly.

I was able to get both bottom skins of the left wing complete, and ready for dimpling.
I made a couple of tools to debur the edges of the skin, not shown here.
I will try to take a photo of them...
