I began by removing the plastic protection film from the skins. I used a 1" dowel and it just peeled right off... works great!! A lot easier and less chance of error, than pulling and tugging.
I then began the deburring process, using my adjustable trigger battery drill and a 3/8 drill bit. I knocked the edge off the drill bit just enough so it would not cut deep. I then adjusted my drill trigger to run slowly, just 75 rpm or so. A 1 second squeeze on the trigger spins the drill bit about 1 to 2 times and knocks the burr off the hole perfectly.
I was able to get both bottom skins of the left wing complete, and ready for dimpling. I made a couple of tools to debur the edges of the skin, not shown here. I will try to take a photo of them...
