Hit the shop first thing this moring... Began by sealing all the rivet heads, and added some additional sealant in very corners where the end ribs meet the rear baffle and skin. Made sure there was a nice fillet.
Prepared the access plate... scuffing, cleaning etc. Prepared the AN515-8R8 screws, cleaned, sealed applied etc. Prepared the gasket and trial fit plate. Sealed the plate / gasket assemby Installed using the screws, dipped in sealant.
Everything looks good... I will allow the sealant to set up for a few days, then pressure test.
I am gald this part is over... not really hard to build... just messy!!
