Brief Description:  Sand Canopy Skirt and More Filler

Took the last large item out to sand today. A lot easier to move when you have a helper, but my helper is at our grandsons birthday party this weekend so I did it sole......not all that bad but taking extra care in the process.

I got it set up outside on saw horses, once again due to the dust. Same routine...220 grit then 320 grit sandpaper. The small sanding blocks that Rick suggested I order from Amazon have really come in handy due to the different contours on some of these parts. After a couple hours or so the sanding was complete as the shadows were growing long and nightfall was creeping in.

I got it all inside and inspected. I used small pieces of blue painters tape to mark areas that had imperfections that I just wanted to fill. I mixed a batch of SuperFil and spread some filler on the areas. They were not really pinholes....just imperfections (small ones at that!) which I figures I could spread the SuperFil and let it cure overnight.

Getting closer to getting this dang blasted fiberglass stuff done!!!
