Brief Description:  Flaps, Ailerons, and Electrical #2

Using tweezers and patience I actually got the aileron bolts back in place and torqued....they are rigged and ready.

Ralph worked on the roll autopilot servo but he found that the brass bushing on the servo was hitting the aileron bracket for the that I bought from Sky Designs that have bearings for the bellcrank rather than a bolt and brass bushing. They work smooth. I got under the wing and using my dremmel releaved about 1/8 inch of material in order to get the servo to clear the bracket. I took pictures and will send them to Sky Designs to inform them of the issue. With that done I bolted in the servo.

Ralph also worked the trim motor and placed the connector on the trim wire. The cannon plug will make it easier if the servo has to be removed.

A great day in the shop. Much thanks to Rob and Ralph for lending a hand......eventually we should get the last item completed in order to start the flying this beast!
