I lightly sanded both skirts—found one spot on the right skirt where the glass weave shows up. Also the top edge where the skirt meets the glass has some of the weave showing. Either I didn’t sand these spots enough or didn’t apply enough resin to them. Anyhow, I heavily sanded these areas with 80 grit, then mixed up some resin and began spreading on with a credit card. I got the right side done and all but about 8” done on the left before the resin gelled on me. I’ll have to sand the last several inches that I did on the left skirt, then mix up another batch and finish the top lip to the aft end.
