Removed the pitot mast and wing skin. Trimmed about 3” off of the aluminum tubing from the pitot probe. Practiced making flares on the scrap I cut off, then, I slipped on the nut & sleeve and flared the ends—then added the fittings to connect to the SafeAir lines. Clecoed the mast back to the wing spar and ran the SafeAir lines to the bay where the pitot mast is clecoed. Left a loop of tubing long enough that I can remove the pitot from the mast and either connect or disconnect the tubing from the fittings outside the wing. Need to add an adel clamp in the bay where the aileron brackets are located to secure the SafeAir lines.—2 hrs.
