Brief Description: Trim Tab-Hinges drilled to elevator
Trim Tab-finally got the trim tab trailing edge aligned—came out very straight. Clamped and fiddled and clamped and fiddled and finally it just lined up perfectly. At that point I drilled a hole thru the elevator skin/rear spar into the hinge. Checked alignment another dozen times or so, then drilled the rest of the holes. Removed all the clamps and clecoed the trim tab to hinge and the elevator to hinge. Swings perfectly! Will have to trim the outboard end of the trim tab for clearance with the elevator and trim the inboard end for alignment with the 701 skin.
