Trim Tab-match drilled the bottom of the 619 skin to the 607 spar. Cut off the outboard end of the 721 hinge and drew a line down the hinge per the plans. Next I located where the outboard hole should fall on the hinge (3/8” from end) and drilled a 3/32” hole in the hinge. Clecoed the trim tab to the spar and hinge using the one hole on the outboard end. Next I clamped the hinge to the trim tab, sighting thru the holes in the skin to view the line I drew on the hinge. Match drilled several holes thru the skin and hinge. Next up, need to verify alignment of the trailing edge and locate where to drill holes for the hinge on the elevator side.
