Installed the throttle quadrant for the final time (I sure hope so). Attaching the two AN3 bolts at the back was real fun—not. The lower one was ok, the upper was a real bear. Finally used a wobble joint socket thru the hole in the center of the quadrant. Then I split the small SB bushings, slipped them over the cables and inserted into the forward side of the gear tower. Now it’s time to hook up the cables (one more time). I also torque the bolts holding the alternator bracket and safety wired them. I drilled some small holes in the arms of the brackets and safety wired the one next to the starter. The other two will have to be torque and safety wired after the starter ring and prop are on during final assembly.
