Now that canopy is considered done I've decided to finish some other small installation components. One thing I've seen is that the canopy comes down and is kinda flexible such that the latching hooks miss the holes and pound on the canopy deck, or worse the canopy hits the side skin and bends it. Can't have that. I've taken photos of ideas at Arlington and Oshkosh and have decided to use some of the white plastic stuff as slide guides to catch the canopy as it comes down and guide the latching hooks into the holes and prevent the canopy from banging onto the side skin or deck.
So first I had to install the roll bar. I also installed the rear window because I'm going to be doing a Targa Strip next.
I put on the front skin, but had issues opening the canopy with it on, because it interfers with the canopy due to the front skin not being riveted down.
