Brief Description: Fitting Rear Window 1: Cut off aft piece
I had previously marked the NO CUT LINE and now I had to make a line 1.25 inches outside of it. So I used a piece of wood as a guide and drew that line. This line is the rough cut line.
I held the window on a styrofoam box held down with a 25 lb bag of lead shot. This little bag of lead is hand for things.
Anyway I taped the cut line, etc. It made a lot of dust. I vacuum immediately.
Then I sanded it smoothed. You can see I used the lead bag on the window upside down to hold it while smoothing the edges.
