Brief Description: Attach HS to Fuselage 11: The fix
I then drilled the #12 holes. I drilled one hole from underneath and the other 3 from the top. After drilling the first #12 hole I re-measured, adjusted and clamped the HS in place to drill the other 3 holes. It can still wiggle a little with just one hole and I wanted to be sure I had it orthogonal to the fuselage.
After priming I riveted the plates on the aft deck. Fix is done. The HS is bolted back on to proceed with elevators.
