The bracket gets trimmed in length and two holes match drilled to the floor using existing floor holes. Then you remove the two platenuts previously put on the two center floor ribs. Platenuts on the bracket will be used instead. Then two additional holes get drilled in the bracket and floor ribs 1 1/32 below the existing holes. These will be dimpled and hidden under the floor.

Match drill these two holes

Remove platenuts

Drill two new holes
