Brief Description: Front Deck (Tip Up) 17: Outboard sub panels
The stub ribs get flush rivets because the tip up canopy hinge brackets will occupy this space.
I riveted on the angle stiffener to the outside curved subpanels. But I did NOT rivet the rivets to the outboard subpanels per plan. This I will just clecoe for now.
