Brief Description: Fwd Fuselage - Dissmble & Prep 35 Otbd Seat Rib

Seems like I should rivet the outboard cargo rib to the fore and aft bulkheads and mid-fuselage bottom skin. I can't see why not. I probably will. UPDATE: Turns out that bolt is in the way for riveting the bottom skin onto the side skin aft of the 706 bulkhead. See photo #3.

And torque this bolt w/ spacer

side hole is close to bolt head
