Brief Description:  Fwd Fuselage - Dissmble & Prep 34 706 bulkhead

I started looking at the 706 bulkhead. Seems like there is a lot to do to it. First I deburred and dimpled all the holes for the skin. Then I thought about the removable cargp floors. I decided the bulkhead needed platenuts for every hole that attaches the cargo floor instead of rivets. And I also decided that the holes used to attach the corrigated lower bagage bulkhead could remain for rounded heads, but the holes that are suppose to be rivets would be dimpled and use #8 flush head screws. This is so I can screw the floor on and the screws will be behind the corrigated lower bagage bulkhead later. The lower bagage bulkhead will be held on with only the screws shown in the plan/drawing.

Turns out there are a lot of platenuts. But they all fit. You can see in photos, original platenut holes remain flat while the new ones that I drilled are dimpled for #8 screw.
