Also seems like I should rivet the arm rest to the foreward and aft bulkhead now to. It will help hold thigs together as part of the frame onto which the side skin gets riveted. I probably will:

I primed the little spacers in the center of the 704 bulkhead. Just seems like a little thing to do.
