When I was bucking the cargo ribs, the seat belt bolts got in the way. But rather than remove them I just used this bucking bar that reaches right over the nut and does a great buck.
You can also see here that the nut gets in the way of riveting the bottom skin to bulkhead flange. I won't be doing this until mid-fuselage to forward fuselage, but this is why I didn't torque the bolts yet.
I suppose I could put them in with bolt head on the aft side instead of the nut. shshshsh, such big decisions.
