Brief Description: Bellcrank - Bore out Brass Bushing with 1/4 Reamer
I assembled the bellcrank and installed them on the wings. Although I'm leaving the bolts loose because eventually an auto pilot servo will go in here somewhere. I bore out the brass bushing using a 1/4 reamer. This worked great. Made the hole straight. And was fun. My brother Ed suggested using the reamer instead of a drill. I used Boelube to keep things slippery. You can get this reamer from Avery's.
