I want to get as much of the wing defined as possible before moving on to the fuselage. So I think I'll be able to get the aileron hinges completed with washers and spacers, and the pushrods turned to correct lengths. I installed the bellcrank and pushrods on the wings. I put tape on the aileron pushrods and on the hole they pass thru so they wouldn't get scratched. I made 1/8 spacers and attached the pushrod to the aileron per drawing, but did not tighten the nuts.
The whole thing is installed now. I understand what washers and spacers are needed. Next I will determine the length of the aileron pushrods. And I also have to order some washer wrenches so I can finish the aileron hinges.
