Brief Description:  Ailerons - Final Assembly 9

I finished assembling the other aileron. I've mounted it on the wing while I make the flaps. I used a piece of wood in the hinge bracket to keep them from moving. I got this idea from brother Ed. But I noticed an issue I hadn't noticed before.

The issue is on this left wing the outboard aileron bracket assembly is tilted inboard about a 1/4 inch. The aileron still fits and there is a little back and forth play, but not as much as if it were straight. I'm not sure how this happened. I didn't check during assembly. I guess I figured the match hole technology would self align the parts. But it appears that I probably got some tolerance build up that pushed the rib outboard a little. I'll send this photo to Vans and to Van's Forum and see what they say I should do, if anything.
