Laying the skin flat and deburring with the bit twisted in my fingers did NOT work. I could still feel burrs. So that's why I hung it back on the wing frame and deburred with the hand turning tool. For cleaning up the edges:
1) first use the v-shaped tool that seems to take off the main burr 2) smooth with sandpaper that finishes off any remaining burr 3) swipe with scotchbrite to polish it smooth, no micro cracks
