Brief Description:  Tank Assy - Inboard Left Rib Installation 1

I finished the 5 ribs in each tank and now it is time to prepare the inboard rib. So I sanded the ribs where Proseal will go and cleaned them again with MEK. Then I installed the fittings for the vent line and return line and the BNC connector for the Capacitance Fuel Level System. I put Proseal around all the cracks. I used my brothers research on what torque values to use for the AN fittings. I used 55 in-lbs. Here are the torque values, reprinted from Ed's site.

AN924 4D - 85 to105 in/lb
AN924 6D - 120 to 150 in/lb

AN818 4D - 50 to 65 in/lb
AN818 6D - 110 to 130 in/lb

I have a torque wrench from Craftsman's calibrated in inch pounds and it works pretty good.
