Brief Description:  Tank Assy - Capacitance Fuel Level Installation 2

I had to trim off a little more of the plates to ensure clearance. I covered the screws that hold the wires with Proseal on both sides. I tested the installation by measuring the impedeance between the plates and between the plates and the tank skins/ribs. As predicted the impedance between plates is zero, which means there is conductivity. And impedance between the plates and all areas of tank is infinity, which means there is no electrical conductivity between the plates and the rest of the tank. This is good. Finally, I inserted both the fuel vent and fuel return lines.
