First I put a little RTV silicon on the last rivet heads because I saw this on Vans Air force as a suggestion to reduce possible cracking of skins aft of the stiffener, and to reduce oil canning. Then I put the fuel tank sealer on the wedge and I rubbed it thin. But NOT THIN ENOUGH. Then I riveted the whole thing to a straight aluminum angle.
